Hello,
is there any way to compile and execute games (made in DarkBasic) in Mac OSX?

From a quick forum search:

The short answer is no.

The longer answer is via WINE/virtual machine you can just about but may run into problems (definitely speed ones) and would certainly receive no support if something didn't work as Dark BASIC Professional just isn't designed for that and relies on DirectX (as well as no doubt some other Windows only DLLs). Even if you managed to use it to develop a game, you wouldn't be able to release the game for other Mac users.

Ok, thank you.
I think developers could fix this "problem" since AppGameKit already goes in OSX, and many other modern 3d engines run there also.

Unfortunately it wouldn't be a case of fixing a "problem". Firstly, it isn't a "problem"; it was just never designed to work with OSX. Secondly, to make Dark BASIC Professional work with OSX would require an entire rewrite to use OpenGL instead of DirectX. It would be a massive undertaking. An undertaking that I would personally struggle to see the point of when Macs just aren't designed as gaming rigs. Add to that how restrictive Apple are with developing for their products...

yes I see, I understand what you say.
Furthermore we don't forget that The Game Creatos are developing the new 3d engine html based!
Maybe we can wait for that!
