Hello,

The dark shader preview window is crashing even when the VISTA update - the new preview.exe file was copied over the previous one!

This is happening on Windows 7 64 bit.

Does anybody know how to fix this ?

So you installed all the updates in order, but you might want to skip the vista fix for Windows 7, and apply it last... only if it continues to fail on you...

Vista Fix is a new Preview.exe file and I did copy it lastly to overwrite the previous Preview.exe file.

Did you create a backup of the original Previewer? I always archive them... otherwise you need to uninstall and right til the very end, test without the vista fix

No I did not. I just overwrite the old one with the new one. I guess I will have to reinstall and try again.
