Hello, DB Land

Does anybody know of any other Particle Effects software(Pre-fabbed) out there besides what Texture Maker has? Also is there any other programs out there similar or greater to Texture Maker that can make textures, animations, and Particle System. I'm really interested in a package with plenty of Particle Effects features(Pre-fabbed).
