This game has been in development for a while now by us. We are planning to make it an on-line battle game, as well as single player. We are going to let you know more about the story and modes later, but first here are some screenshots. It is being developed using the DarkBASIC proffesional language. We are pretty new to this community and hope to get to know everyone here better. This game is still in an eraly stage, only a few levels and attacks are completed

more to come later

Looks good.

P.S. You can't hotlink to graphics on freewebs, so we have to paste links into a new browser window. That's the price to pay for having a freebie website.

thank you for the comments everyone. I have uploaded a new screensot as well.

And now I'll explain a bit about the actualy game it self.
Its basiclly a on-line/single player deathmatch similar to Twisted metal. You control futuristic vechiles that you fight with for money and upgrade with better engines, armor and weapons. It takes place in futuristic sites all over the galaxy.
Thats pretty much it for now. It doesnt have a name yet (Phantom fusions is our development team's name)

Can anyone recommend a better web host for images please? Our current one isn't working too well...

thanks

ahh, don't ya love angelfire

heh, you should try hosting the images on something like mywebpage.netscape.com or i think villagephotos.com is good, they only up to 25 pictures, but for screenies it should be fine.

update:
got images back on-line, thank you mm3zct and everyone who helped. Now currently uploading images to thread in "3d chat" so have a look. The loss of the original images prevented me updating new ones so there arent any new screenshots at the moment.

Your game is looking really, really well done... I can already tell the quality in presentation is going to be top-notch...

Im currently working on a game that would have similar functionality and I was wondering if I could collaborate with you. Can you email me barrettm80@cox.net so I can ask some things (If you wouldn't mind)?

Very sorry for taking so long to reply, but we have been VERY busy working on the game and building more levels and models. I have emailed my host the images and they should be up soon. Thank you.

Now I'll answer any qustions you might have, starting with the ones I missed.

Quote: "is it actually playable over the net? "

we are currently working on it, but at the moment its still single player.

Quote: "are the weapons visible on the vehicles when collected? "

sorry, but the answer is no. That would be possible but then we would have to remodel the vechiles.

Quote: "Im currently working on a game that would have similar functionality and I was wondering if I could collaborate with you"

Sure, although I wouldnt know what you would want to discuss...
email me at phantomfusions@mail.com

thanks you, and also just to let you know...we have made a video of the game and will let you see it soon.

Are you a member of the Boston Animation Team? This game is already published. The artist was Max Shelekhov. I think this game was out in dec 2001 or so.
