I posted here about my issue with FE being frozen, but no-one on staff replied in over a week, so I thought I'd probably have to make a new thread to ask this.

I don't really have use for the free copy of AppGameKit as I already own it. As I've supported FE as a subscriber for 5 months, Can I instead be granted the gold membership permanently at no cost, so I don't have to worry about losing my work if I stop paying?

I don't require this free membership forever; just until such time as Freedom Engine starts updating again, whenever that may be.

I require an answer immediately, because my subscription just ticked over last night and I've paid for another month of a non-functioning service.

I'd contact them directly using the support form on the website, TGC are generally pretty good with supporting customers but they don't always check the forums too often!

We have forums? When did that happen?!?!
All requests like this need to go to the support system as the previous post said. Mostly because we're all so busy making you wonderful new products and supporting those products we simply don't have time to check every single post.
