I took a break towards the end of 2011 to start working on a commercial game for mobile and put the game development knowledge I have acquired with FPSC to the test.

Its taken 12 months learning a new set of tools, languages and building a game on top of all that but just last month I finally shipped my 1st game on Google Play.

I've always been a big champion of FPSC and was often mocked during my 6 years here for saying this is one of the best game engines in the world. I will have the last laugh when Reloaded is released and that becomes a reality!

I'm probably best known for porting Doom 3 to FPSC which wasn't an easy task as there where no segment shaders or post processing effects available back then!

Anyway if you are interested, please check out my 1st commercial game. I just wanted to demonstrate that FPSC is not just a great engine but actually provides you with the skills required to develop a game on lots of different platforms.

Am looking forward to testing FPSC V120 final soon and seeing how Reloaded progresses during 2013.

Congratulations, Nomad Soul. Now you can join us in the club house for celebrations.

How many of us does that make now?

There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

All the best of luck with this and I for one never had any doubt in any of your previous posts about what could be done with FPSC.

I hope you have many sales with this and all the best of luck for the future.

I used Unity to make it. People have strong views about game engines and their value but I can say being an experienced FPSC user gives you a lot of the core skills required to use Unity.

FPSC has by far the best community of any game engine I've looked at.

I'm really excited about Reloaded and v120 looks to be shaping up well. I've not looked at FPSC since V118 so I'm hoping to have a few nice surprises with V120.

I think FPSC should be valued equally as a game development educational tool as a game engine because you can introduce custom assets and learn how to do all of that at your own pace which most other engines do not give you the freedom of.

I just downloaded the demo to my HTC android.

THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why. For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.

I'm also looking forward to seeing your new FPSC mod when Evolved releases his new advanced lighting system.

2013 should be a great year for FPSC. I can't wait for the 1st Reloaded beta.
