Hi everyone!
Well I really need some help: how could I make WALKABLE terrains without any collision issues? I'm using T.Ed to create and export terrains, but using them as entities isn't actually working: I'm getting a plenty of collisions problems and I can't use the "materialindex" thing to have footsteps..haven't tried to set them as segments, but I doubt it will work...any ideas? Is there a better program or way to achieve this?...I've read that xrmod has walkable terrains..so I stil have project blue (I know it's old, but it's stil working well and has many features that even official 1.20 doesn't have) and since xrmod is part of it, could it solve the collision issues??

this is what I did:
1. make terrain with ac3d
2. cut it up into pieces
3. make each piece the exact width as floor_a.x in the meshbank
4. turn into segments

and it works for me.

@Stalker93

Wow its exactly 6 years to the day I posted this.

I made a terrain using T.Ed which utilised the entire FPSC map and had fully working collision for the player and lightmapping.

You can download the version I did in my thread.
