Support I made a ticket and still waiting for a reply, well over 48 hours.

Nobody here reading this with the rights to access it?

I find it sad that one has to wait well over 48 hours for a reply.

I gather when you say 'ticket' you must mean a product Order.

I thought I should let you know that The Game Creators company do 'not' work at the weekends which means there may be a slight delay with your Order.

You either confuse this with your local airlines support forum or by ticket you mean a product order.

Give it 2 weeks and if nothing happens contact support.

Besides: What vital TGC Product did you order that you have to receive it within 48 hours? Just joking.

Actually I believe when you contact support through the web-based contact for things like sales they call it a support "ticket".

Looks like you might want to contact them again if it's been from 22 of Feb. Maybe it just got overlooked

Not product support, but account related support as raymondlee306 said.
A support ticket or what ever it is named.
But yea waited since Feb 22, so guess I have to contact them again.
Would like access to my vendor store account so I can add new models

Are you using a prepaid visa? Last time I made an Order I used one, and it never went through. I tried retrying payment but nothing worked. After that I canceled the order then tried it on a credit card and it worked fine.
Hope this solves your problem
