I am making a questionare game and I am trying to put a video as my backround. I would like to put my questions on top of the video.

If I'm getting this right, you wish to play a video and then have the text as an overlay of sort over your video?

In that case, I would use a graphic font for your text. There many ways to do this, but basically you draw an image for every character in your string. Just do a search for bitmap fonts on this forum and you will find what you seek!
