That's barely any information. How about providing more info so that we know what your game is, how big is your team, what exactly do you need etc etc...

But either way, it depends on who is working for you, and what you need exactly.

EDIT: Judging by the fact that you work for Carnage Productions, I assume you are working on Slayer267's 'Hero's Legend'.

456,000 Health, 264,543 Keystroke Power.
Special Abilities: Flame Resistance, Troll Shield.

Pro rates:
Average Rate: $40 - $100/hr
Expect 1hr at least per anim and same for rigging.

I don't trip over...I do random gravity checks.

I'd say about 20-30 fps depending on the intricacy of the animation.
