That's pretty cool. With the camera showing live footage of the instruments in the science museum as I play them, I can finally say I performed live in London!

Ah, you can!

Upon some research, it seems those webcams are stationary but use some sort of mirror apparatus to pipe a full 360 degree view into the camera. Pretty neat stuff!
