So I'm making a ship construction tool for my mmorpg and I can't seem to understand why the objects go green; I got transparent on and I have selected for a certain color by this command, 'set image colorkey 255,174,201 '. The texture is just the transparent color with a black outline.

The image does show some which are black; the required effect yet it is the same object. The only difference is it was spawn in a bit later.

Any ideas?

I have no idea why this is happening; all I can say is if you don't get around it; setting limb transparency has given me problems, setting object transparency works better; applying transparency in a shader works best, although with shaders you still also need to set object transparency on with a mode that suits the effect best.

Ah okay so I'll try and set it in a shader becuase it is already just a object set to transparent. Know any good programs to do that?

Try an different transparency mode. The default mode will blend the transparent areas to the current background color, which in your case is green.
