I just bought the Dark Game Studio Bonanza on the April 2, and it still says awaiting payment. Is there a problem with my card or does it just take a while to update?

it should go through reasonably quickly, my paypal orders always go in the same business day. maybe contact TGC here

their communication is pretty good, however it can take up to 48 hours to get a response.

I'm not a complete idiot -- Some parts are just missing.
