I Made a panel "Example below" However once it is created inside my program it hides on start up. I was wondering if there is a command to show/hide panels/Gadgets.

Thank you.

So I found a command "setGadgetVisible" I linked it to a menu button but at last it did not work.

I tried the following

"setGadgetVisible Gadget1,1"
"setGadgetVisible Gadget1,1,1"
"setGadgetVisible Gadget1,1,100"

Edit: I think I found the problem, I am using

Skin Start "Themes/gui.msstyles"

If I rem it the gui shows up fine

I did end up fixing this however, The skinengine im using I don't like the styles it came with. Would someone know how to fix the problem i am having from the uskin.dll ?? Would the cause of it be that my dialogs are set on the main window and not a new created one?

This is my first time seeing this thread.

Hardly anyone uses Blue GUI these days, have you not tried BBB GUI?

If you are comfortable with Regex (Regular [String] Expression), you should be able to auto-convert the code with Notepad++ or similar tools with advanced search and replace. There has been very little support in recent years for the BlueGUI plugin (which I also purchased).

A Blue GUI replacement is being created here, but I've not used it.

I think, I will look into bbb gui. However, There still seems to be a problem with skinning there also. Will read the documents to see if it can work with images instead for theming.

Thank you for your time and help.

I got BBB skinning to work the last time I used it; on Windows 7 and XP. I had to use the resource hacker to alter the images in the styles.

If you are using HGUI, might be worth asking the creator for assistance on the forum he is watching.
