I think the title says it all. #>_<

I have been unsuccessful with adjusting the in-editor assignments for 'fullscreen' and 'fulldesktop' to 1680, 1050, 32. In my project I can set it for this resolution setup, but defaults to the best the in-editor can produce (1600, 900, 32). This was never the case with the previous release candidates and with the previous editor.

Is there something that I'm missing, or is the new editor just stupid or inept? Please, if I am misunderstanding or uninformed, let me know.

I need this to run properly to be able to drop it to a few colleagues and they all have widescreen monitors, similar to mine (though a few have 60" screens they prefer to work on).

Please help.

What is an in-editor?

Fulldesktop is as it says, it's obviously non-adjustable.

This is it?

My question is then, if you have it, why do I not, mr Handy? (no sarcasm intended)

It is very upsetting for me to see that you have it and I do not, even when I had it functioning properly when I had it on another computer. This rips!

Is there a setting that I'm missing in the initialization script that the new editor isn't interpreting? Thinking about it, it could just be a driver issue and the editor isn't "seeing" it.

That just might be it. Oh, in-editor means something that's usually either built into the editor, or an add-on to be used by the editor that's not something you would have access to to download and install (the update would do that for you).

Thanks again.

You need to re-install DBP. As you see, there are all resolutions on the list, supported by display or not.

The list does not have all resolutions. It does not have mine, 2560 x 1440. However, I can set it correctly with the Set Display Mode command.

Just close the editor, and manually change the resolution in the DBPro file. I had to do this to run at 800x450 resolution for my game during testing. It'll open in the editor fine and display the resolution you've picked.

DBP have built-in resolution commands, there is no need to edit something in DBPRO.

That did the trick. Thanks Mobiius! I now have my resolution.
