I recommend using the search bar to find these things, there are several great tutorials on how to make survival horror games and there is one or two Nazi Zombies systems out there that I can think of the top of my head. I personally find making these kinds of things myself to be more fun though

Moral of the story: Make sure you use the search bar because all of these things have been well documented on the forums.
