How do you get the images to work with .exe. I know you have to include the image in the MEDIA section, but when I play it, none of the images show in the actual .exe?

i think i know what you are asking... there is an option in the settings tab of the project window for what kind of exe you are making...

as far as i know, it will only include the media files when you do a complete build, but not when you do a compile/run or debug...

make sure you select
'EXE with attached media' from the settings menu, you can also compress or encrypt but i haven't tried those so i can't say if they work or not but i've made an .exe with all media included by adding stuff via the media tab and selecting that option in the settings thing and then compiling it (f5)

I find that when i click on the media to add it , the presence of the path prevents it being included , try just entering only the file name e.g

picture.jpg
rather than
c:\darkbasic\blah\blah\picture.jpg

No, I still can't get it to run. The images are there but don't appear, even if I SHOW them.
