I guess you press "W" to make him run or up arrow?

Hello

Sorry my for English but I am French, and although enfaite in FPS CREATOR when the character walk, this do not realistic, I it works as in counter strike

You would have to take the animations from counter strike (which is illegal) or animate them yourself.
