i don't see any createCamera command in the list? and if i can create camera at index 2, can i set it to a texture so it shows in the 3d world?

Are you talking about a render to texture feature? As in map what camera 2 is seeing to a surface? That's not possible yet, but if you're just wanting multiple cameras that you can switch between to show different views you can just move the main camera around. I have done this in tier 2 with a camera manager and camera classes while only using the main camera for the actual view.

not for realtime, but you can use one cam, render it and get the backbuffer with getimage as your texture.
the sync command can split in many commands like draw,update,swap...
