FPSC Classic Product Chat / My FPS creator software was backed, but I don't have the product Key. What can I do to get it?

I had recently purchased a new laptop because my old one is broke. I backed up my files and I tried to restore the FPS creator files and was successful, but now I'm asked for the product key that I don't have because its been years since I purchased it. I thought when you backup a program that the product key goes with it, but I guess not. Is there anything I could do? I don't want to have to pay for it again. Thanks.

If you purchased it from the store it will be in your history.

If you purchased a hardcopy then its in the case.

I bought the disk without a profile around 2008 and I don't know where it is. Is there a program that can get my Product key or am I out of luck?

Check the userdetails.ini file in the FPSC directory.

If you managed to restore the userdetails.ini it should still have your serial as said above.
There is an Order and billing Support link below the post message box.
Contact them with your original e-mail or address used to purchase. No one around here can help you with this.

I don't trip over...I do random gravity checks.
