The easy answer is yes. If you purchase it, it can be used commercially. Beyond that it's my understanding that on some of the media/model packs, you agree to inform the creator when you use his/her content commercially. This does not alter your right to use the media in any way, but by using it you agree to inform them of it's commercial use. This is normally done by sending them an email and you don't have to wait for a response back or permission. It's simply a courtesy that you agree to when you use it.
