You can run dbp in a web browser but you need active x installed. Following link has some details, I`ve tried this out myself and it does work in firefox aswell as IE, but I haven`t tested from a server that runs it, I could just run the exe file I uploaded to the server inside the web browser on my machine. Couldn`t tell you how secure this is, I have no clue other than I know that users may not want active x for their browser.
