I know it's probably a noobish question, but I have problems with souns.
When I play sounds they don't overlap, when a second sound starts, the firt stops. How can I use multiple sounds at the same time?

You need to make sure the second sound uses a different sound number to the first one.

Yes, they use different ids, but I didn't notice that only the same sound makes this, because the sounds are so short. So the same sound can't be overlapped with itself? In practice: I have multiple windows breaking at nearly the same time, how can I use the same sound overlapping it multiple times?

Could try renaming the source file perhaps?

Edit; by this I mean use temporary duplicates of the source each named slightly differently..

Try looking at CLONE SOUND. Here's something I have used in one of my projects. Find free Sound is part of the Matrix Utils

Tank you, I didn't use your same code but I understood how to fix this. The only doubt now is: I had to use time counters to know when the sound was finished, but why SOUND PLAYING() when the sound have finished doesn't turn 0 again but remains 1?

As far as I know, the Sound Playing() only updates when SYNC is called. Other than that it should work fine.
