Those moments where you are browsing the internet looking for information, seeing what's going on in the world, clicking that I'm feeling lucky button; and you end up finding the most random content that makes you feel, wow, just wow.

I just stumbled on this web page about Gabe Newell, and it really was not quite what I was expecting as the top search listing.

www.gabenewell.org

I can understand the message it brings, but it goes to show how being on top of the world exposes you to this kind of reception.

Someone decided to have fun, why not? But why Gabe? Also animation is glitchy.

Yeah it made me laugh; then I clicked the image, then it started to make a little bit more sense regarding the purpose of the website.

Oh that is incredibly tame compared to same of the obsessive love for GabeN out there. You have brushed the fringe of madness, enter deeper to find the Valve fanbase in all its glory.

Given she is actually dead now this might be considered more offensive, but there is a website called 'Is Thatcher Dead Yet?', it has been around for quite a while.

Seems certain impressionable folk get strange websites after them.

Though I don't know of any others.

And CoffeeGrunt, that's just creepy...

How the dead person's feelings could be hurted?!

Why would he imply that a dead person will get offended?

This is perhaps why some people have called you a troll in the past. The answer to that question ought to be obvious. Walk up to a guy at his mum's funeral and say, "haha your mum dieded" and you'll immediately realise whose feelings are hurt, probably after feeling a sudden amount of pain to the nose and a taste of blood.

It is not the person that would be offended (absolutely nothing I said even remotely suggested that) but the people who respect her. She's a very significant figure in British politics, but there is a big divide, one side hates her (probably hence the site) and the other side loves her.

Thirty or forty years later and we still can't decide if she was a good thing or not. One thing's for sure, she didn't take crap from anyone. I respect her for that.

Okay, but why "Gabe Newell’s watching you. RUN". What does it mean?

I think it's meant to be random humour. Unless of course they're suggesting Gabe Newell is spying on you through Steam.

My first impression listening to the lyrics it seems like a service complaint campaign. It's just funny that it is the number 2 google search listing under his name.

There are announcement listings on IMDB that he will work on a new Portal Game, then a new Half Life game; but there are no dates...
