I am using dragon naturally speaking version 12. After setting up your microphone and finishing the training, go to tools/options/miscellaneous, then uncheck Use the Dictation Box for unsupported applications. Change the mode to Dictation mode.

Here is the code. Run this and make sure your microphone is on.

Really simple.

I'm confused.
What is "dragon naturally speaking 12"?
And what is the purpose of printing the entry buffer?

The difficulty in learning is not acquiring new knowledge but relinquishing the old.

It's a popular natural speech-to-text software. I assume the software writes its interpretation directly into the entry buffer with those settings, which means dbpro can access it. I don't have dragon installed anymore, though, so I can't test it. But I remember it having pretty good speech recognition.

Yeah thenerd is right. Took me a while to figure out that dragon used the entry buffer, at first I tried to get dragon to use the clipboard but never could get that to work. I've had really good luck with dragon, it always understands what I say unlike microsofts SAPI.
