DarkBASIC Professional Discussion / inkey$() and entry$() don't seem to work. Please help.

I've been working on a menu for my game, and although I can use the upkey(), downkey() and returnkey() functions, inkey$() and entry$() don't seem to detect anything at all. Just for testing purposes, I used the following bit of code in the main loop, and although I pressed many buttons on the keyboard, nothing happened.



If anyone has any idea why, please help.

Two possibilities that I'm aware of ...

1) Make sure that you are using the latest update
2) If you have changed your program title for your project, remove the project file and let DBPro recreate it for you ... and don't change the title this time
