So I downloaded some code and I am trying to make DB work with Hamachi and it's not working. Is this even possible?

How do you mean "work with" hamachi? Do you want two DBP applications to connect to each other over the network? If so, then hamachi does work, yes.

there are lots of networking explanations on the forums, please google them.

communication system between few apps togeather is difficult to understand just in explainings. you have to try and experiment, just for that, there are lots of different demos around, WORTH A LOOK

DarkNet will probably work with Hamachi. You would just need to bind to the hamachi local interface.
