Hello, Could you help me?

When I run my games in Windows 8 and I double-click the compiled EXE it sends the bad message boxes :

First message box with: One or more point sprite functions were not found[/b]-
Second message box with: Failed to get OpenGL extensions glBindFramebufferEXT -

After that everything is OK. My apps are very simple, without 3D effects.

Does anyone know why this would happen?

Thanks.

This sounds like you don't have OpenGL 2 or better on your PC.

I don't know about the other message.

Are you working in Tier 1 or Tier 2?

What version are you working with? (v10815 is the latest)

Hello Ancient Lady,

Thank you for your fast answer.

Yes, you're right. The AppGmeKit1076.exe install program has problems when you install it in Windows 8.

I deleted all files and re-install the AppgameKit1065.msi in my computer. With this new version I fixed the messages box problems.

Thanks.

Good luck with v1065. Make sure you use only the documentation pages installed on your computer. The ones on the TGC site are now for v108+.

But there are several people using v108+ on Windows 8 without issues.

Maybe it is an issue with your display card and drivers.
