Hey all,

None of the other mods or TGC staff have asked me to post this. I've just noticed there's just a few days left in this AppGameKit Version 2 Kickstarter, and I'd thought I'd weigh my opinion in.

If you ever plan on buying AppGameKit Version 2 in the future, then this deal really is phenomenal. Right now there's still some slots left for the £30 pledge. You will get the full version for just £30! Anyways, I just wanted to let you all know that if you haven't already checked it out, and you know that you will buy AppGameKit Version 2 sometime in the future, that it's a great deal now through Kickstarter! According to TGC, the final price will be about $100 more expensive than what the Kickstarter price is, so if you wait around until the final version is released, you could end up paying $149 for AppGameKit Version 2. I'm not sure what kind of promotions TGC will have in the future, or if there will be discounts for Version 1 owners, but even if they give us a 50% discount, that's still a $75 dollar price, so £30 is still a better deal!

That is all.

What are you talking about Jeku? There was that £3.5m referral fee discussed in the mods lounge... wh....why lie?

In all seriousness, I agree with Jeku, a great deal for AGK2! I picked it up for 25 squids!

Even £30 is too much for me if it is software designed to make software. DarkBASIC is one thing. It has a nice easy-to-use system, but ever since DarkGDK, I've been inclined to go with free software alternatives.

@Fluffy Rabbit - That's why this post was targeted at those who will eventually pick up AppGameKit V2 in the future. If you have already decided not to get it, then this thread isn't for you.

Oh, OK. I hope I did't change anyone's mind about getting this software.
