Horror Games, if done well, can be a piece of art. The surrealism of horror encapsulated into an experience where you control the reigns of a character, is simply enticing to any player.

Though no player likes being chased by Slenderman, and a Slenderman game, or a Zombie-regular game is not a piece of art, but a piece of crap.

I really like shooter games that are modern or sci-fi
I really hate games that have anything to do with slenderman (and yes i'm partially responsible for this but screw you we did it before it was overdone)

hahaha just kidding it was overdone since halfway through marble hornets
