How would I go about doing clouds or some sort of sky system.
Right now, I am just using a textured sphere. But I rather have flowing clouds, Or something.

You could have several cloud-textured plains in layers that you move / scroll for motion. You could get it to look more fancy by procedurally regenerating the cloud texture for changes in how the clouds look, but that's probably rather complicated.

Thanks for the reply, But wouldn't using plains look blocky?

Not if your textures are semi-transparent.
They may look flat from certain angles, but that's why you should have several layers and move them a bit differently, to give the illusion of volume in the clouds.
