i am trying to install dark gdk for visual c++ 2010 express.
Did look on youtube "how to install dark gdk c++ 2010".
Guys, i am stuck, i hope anyone can help me!.
I have been told, that the procedure to install dark gdk version 1 (i think!), is following:
1. install c++ 2010 (compile 1 program in win32 console, empty project etc...
2. Install dxsdk_aug2007
3. Install Dark GDK (which will open a new file to install, called
Dark GDK - 161107).
4. Install DarkGDK_Update_OCT10.
(copy 2 folder from "DarkGDK_Update_OCT10" vs10/ LIB, INCLUDE to
C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\Dark GDK.
5. Allso, you have to tell, C++ 2010, where the files from Dark GDK, dsk, is located at, by giving a specific path, in C++ "included Directories" (when C++ 2010 is open). ??
It is rather complicated!.
Is there a simpel, no i mean a more straightforward way, how to
install Dark GDK for Visual C++ 2010 Express ?.
Can't find any info on Google !.
I just downloaded the Dark GDK 2 (beta version!). on darkgdk.com.
Maybe i should forget the old version of Dark GDK, and install the Dark GDK 2 BETA ?, hopefully it is more easy to install?.
