I have win-zip but when I think I have zipped a folder the zip file has a bytecode.byc and a logo png in it. The instructions say the media folder itself has to be zipped and I get an error saying this when I try the process. How can I fix this so that I can use
the one-step process?

@Markus - I did what you suggested and it created a zip file but
I get the following message when I use the one-click procedure.

Invalid media zip file, you must right click on the media folder and zip it up, not just its contents

Not sure what to do next.I only have a bytecode.byc in the zipped folder - can't seem to get the folder zipped just contents -
Sorry for being dense about this but I am stuck and this should
be easy for me.

Your zip file should have 'media' as the only thing at the first level, not just the contents of the media directory.

When you open the zip file (I have WinZip as well), is 'media' the only thing in the left hand panel?

@ancient lady - attached is an image of what the zip looks like - is this correct?
I don't know how to show the image on the post itself

It looks close to correct.

The issue might be that the directory is 'Media' instead of 'media'. Case counts in Android. That is something you will want to be careful of in your file names as well. They need to be spelled the same in your code and the file (case sensitivity) and there must be no spaces in the names.

The problem is that it is tricky to get Windows to let you rename a directory and only change the case.

In WinZip, create a new zip file, but hit cancel when it asks about what to add. Then click on 'Actions' in the menu bar and select 'New Folder'. Name it (exactly) 'media'. Then select it and, from File Manager, drag all the contents of your Media directory into WinZip. Click on the 'Add' button to accept them. And then try submitting that zip file (after closing WinZip, of course).
