I know there are quite a number of DBPRO developers creating their levels in Blender; but I am not sure if they look in the 3D board that much often.

One important task is naming your level entities or the elements for your characters. But what if you wanted the names to incorporate the assigned material; and have each object on the left, be prefixed with the word 'left' likewise for 'right'? What if there were 100 or 1000 elements in the level? Instead of naming each element one by one, you can use a batch rename operation.

I've started a small on-going Blender Python script project in the 3D board where you may obtain a copy for use in your Blender level or Blender entity creations.
