My brother and I made this game last year, and was thinking some of you might get a laugh out of this, maybe even find it interesting. It's made in Game Maker 8, and is basically just a bolognaise of daft ideas, nostalgia, love, everything just thrown at game maker over the course of about a week.

Anyway, I'm not gonna say much more, try it out - cursor keys to move and fly, enter to enter vehicles and doors and use stuff. Shift to pick something up. Ctrl to fire. There are lots of things to pick up and use and play with... even my moms pet dog.

Captain Peaches, save us all.

This game is realy awesome and neat retro.

Weaknesses:
1. Resolution. Details are so small so they get overblurred. IMO you should make picture not filtered in fullscreen (i.e. "Nearest-neighbor interpolation").
2. No help at all

I'll have to take a look at it again, see if I can fix the resolution.

The aim is basically to save everyone. Aliens stick green blobs on peoples heads, and you have to get the blobs off before dropping them off at the helipad. To get a blob off, you need to get them to a nurse. You can carry people, matresses etc. It's even possible to play all those little fruit machines and computers... yes, that was a weird week

You can also take a passenger on the vehicles, just press shift when driving I think, even the little space ship can take a passenger. Pooch, the little dog leaves turds which the aliens don't step over. Also... he's good luck, carry him while playing a fruit machine. There's more, but it's been so long I forget.
