Using Offset Sprite you can achieve this which offsets it's central point. Example:

offset sprite viewID,image width(viewImage)/2,image height(viewImage)/2 + viewOffset
// once the sprite is offset you don't have to offset it everyframe, it's will always stay at it's offset.
