Model Made in Maya and transferred to Max via FBX. All faces are textured and present, however after using Bond 1 exporter, few faces are missing.

SOLVED -

After some searching this is what I found.

At times when modeling, your faces of the mesh might get reversed which will force FPSC to see through them.

The rermenology for your alternative 3D modeling software would be:
"Backface Culling" - Viewing Mode which displays which faces are flipped
"Reverse Normals" - Feature which flips which direction the normals (faces) are facing in.

In Maya these features are located in
[Plygon Editing Mode] Display > Polygons > Backface Culling
and
[Plygon Editing Mode] Normals > Reverse.
