Hey s4real I'm very interested in this!

1. Here is a link to the game I am working on. I don't post too often but this is still very much being developed. Lately I've been having problems with built game crashes and see the mod as a great opportunity if its successful in helping these issues.

2. Although I don't have the knowledge compared to some users (such as modders etc) I feel I have a good knowledge of FPSC. I have used a lot of the resources available to me to give what I think is a decent understanding. I can make complex scripts, give comprehensive answers to questions of users, and as an example I made this thread here..

3. covered later on

4. Rest assured, I have time and patience. The holidays are coming up, which means I will have a lot of time to balance developing my game, Reloaded etc.

5. I don't know how to cover this point other than say I'm trustworthy. I'm a helpful member of the FPSC community, never has problems with me. I won't do anything silly, so yeah.

6. Perhaps in future I may have more to say, but at the moment I can't comment as I don't know the scope of the mod. I will be helpful where I can, to bear in mind.


About the skype point, I cannot use skype in my situation. It won't work for me for several reasons I'd care not to disclose but other options such as emails or conversations work fine. I use gmail and will frequently check it etc.

My contact is included at the email part of the post, feel free to send me a message.

I hope I can help, this mod may be very beneficial to my FPSC game, and if I haven't yet convinced you don't forget I bought the vishnu launcher and intend to use it

Ive increased the mod to 10 people to test and use this in there own games when its more stable.

So there only 2 slots left still.

I've tested this mod myself and I can thoroughly say that its a great work in progress. I won't disclose anything to spoil the "private nature" but its very well worth a donation for. Its still WIP but it seems to be coming along nicely and S4 really listens to feedback.

I hope some of you will chip in!

This is a mod with a difference the features are being added for a certain few games in the making and not just random features just added what I think you want.

I will say this is going to be a slow WIP to make sure things work OK and iron out bugs.

The first point of call is bug fixing and having a stable foundation.

Why can't you post the features of the mod on the forum?

If it's 3rd person veiw cough once.

i would be interested in buying a limited copy if i had a little idea of what it was. I checked out wolfs post but i can't pick out any secrete code.

@seppgirty :- The reason there isn't a feature list because there isn't one at the moment and features are being added as needed.

I can tell you there is basic 3rd person view in the mod but I can't promise this will be a full feature.

If you do become a user of the mod you can ask for features added to improve your game as well and would be added to the list of features.

This is totally up to you if you wish to donate or not.

the 3rd person view sounds promising to me. I don't have any feature requests execpt maybe magic spells.

Chrome has your donation page as maleware so i'll have to get to it through IE.

Do i have to beta test it or can i just sit here quietly while you work on it? I suck at beta testing.

you and Scene did such a good job on the final fpsc update that i have no doubt that this mod will be sweet.

I'd like a spot and will donate tonight when I get home from work. As for my project it encompasses most of what you see in the NightCity packs.If you need something special for it like a character model, I have one already made to donate to the project. It may even already have some never before seen animations attached to it. I'll have to check on its progress. It was a model originally made for another third person mod that never surfaced.

The latest version is 1.6 email me if you don't have the latest one.



Due to lack of testing reports and the forums are dead This mod is not available anymore.

If you have donated and a active tester you will get updates when they made.

But for real: Do not invest time in x9, it is dead. Hope you can mod reloaded also. So head up.

Give me a break- x9 is far from dead as long as someone is using it. We still use it, and have three developments that will be rolling out using it.

It is also good investment of time with x9 as it helps to get people to possibly learn how the engine works. Then when they decide to use it or switch to (ahem) Reloaded they have some idea as to how everything works.

There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

I agree with blackfox it is a good starting point just a shame so many people have dump it so fast.

@Pain :- Email me if you still interested.

Most the beta users have moved on to other projects or reloaded and there no funding left for the project to be carried on.

If there was a big user base then it would be worth the free time on it.
