Ok, so I've remodeled the face of the Decayed Twitcher just for a test, I've made this thing and saved (I've overwrited the original Decayed Twitcher):

(what a majestic creature)

Ok, then I've opened FPSC and placed him in a map, but when I start the game he doesn't have any animations, he's just flying and attacking me without any moves (it's creepy as f*ck), here, a screen:

It's basically that... just imagine that thing flying in your direction but without any animation. lol

I must have forgotten something, could someone please help me? :p

(Sorry for my bad english)

This might be a silly question but did you rig him?

He's already rigged and everything, I just edited the Decayed Twitcher face model.

You need to set the correct animation frames within the .fpe files. Check the stock character .fpe files and you'll find them.

Your model also needs to have a single root bone seperated from the skeleton as far as I know (this might fix the flaoting problem).

Finally make sure that, when exporting the model from Fragmotion, you have the Default Pose selected.

Hope this helps you somewhat

~Edit~ Suggestions one and two should not be a problem if you really overwrote the original .X file, read that line just now. Check point 3 and also make sure to delete all .bin files.

I couldn't get it to work, do I need to do something in while saving the model?
(Sorry, I'm noob in that kind of thing)

Format must be set to Text (at least that's what I always use). I'm pretty sure that is an important point when it comes to .X models in FPSC, at least I recall I had problems at the very beginning of using Fragmotion with binary files...

And I always set frames to 20 per sec instead of 24, but not sure if that makes a difference for FPSC.

Apart of that, your export setting are the same as mine.
