Who's sleeping? NPC or Player? More details please.

Custom or Stock NPC's?

Does the NPC have an animation for sleeping or laying down?

Will the NPC be getting up to attack the player after this?

Ok. You can use the default.fpi script in the main ai of the NPC.
Open the fpe file and set ischaracter=0
Remove the shoot script and have the destroy script to dissapear1.fpi

Place NPC in the editor, use the <1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6> keys to rotate the NPC to the position on the floor or where ever you want them.

Set immobile=0

see if it will stay as you like when you run the test game.

Hope that helps.
