I wrote a tutorial some time back about using Admob Mediation to include non-supported ad networks in your apps (Tier 1 and Tier 2). Although Admob mediation doesn't officially support TapJoy yet, there appears to be a third party adapter available here. This would probably be your best bet. However, I do hope that the ad commands are modified somewhat in V2 to include smart banners (full-width) as currently it is restricted to 320px without manual hacks and Tier 2.

Yes, I meant https://www.tapjoy.com/homepage. Thank you for your responses and I hope they include these in V2 so I do not have to charge for my app. For now, I will try that 3rd party adaptor spoken about above. Happy programming, Nick.
