I'm seeking a modeler who can make a shutter like this. Also if possible a 'destroyed'/'damaged' version as well.

If possible for free and for the community to get hold of as well. This is for non profit use in game development. If you'd prefer payment we can discuss matters more privately. It can be a model or segment which ever you'd prefer to do. It should be static not dynamic.

Not sure if this is ok let alone if there's an actual place to do this.

Here you go, not exactly like in your picture, but I hope it works



Each one is a bit less than a segment wide, so you'll have to fill in the areas around it with something like pillar entities as I have. Or you can make it wider in a modeling program if you really want to.
