FPSC Classic Product Chat / [LOCKED] Payments rejected customer support seems non existant

I have been trying to do the fps reloaded gold for over a week now, and payment seems to constantly be rejected, i keep getting the alert for awaiting payment, nothing has come into my bank for a payment request even.

I've been waiting for over a week now, and customer support still hasn't even sent a reply.

Has anybody else ran into this issue before and how was it solved if so?
