Well done. I watched your video.

You need to put this in the WIP board.

You can embed your video using the youtube tags.

One thing - normal map the heck out of that plane (well, all your planes). If you get a good shader, you could carve out a greyscale bumpmap, then convert to a dot3 normal map, and it'll completely change the way it looks, but it will look cool

If you have an internal view, normal map, with extra plains for screens, maybe some 2D texture writing for HUD displays. Heck that's where I'd put in my efforts - nice screens and little lights, trying to make the cockpit a nice and believable environment, and a good HUD is a fun way to start that. Mimic the inside of a MIG as much as you can, and people will love it - flight/combat sim fans love detail, add as much as you possibly can.

I am the one who knocks...

Nice work!

Although you'd probably get a lot more testers if you didn't require user registration to your site.

You are off to a very nice start, keep up the good work. I especially enjoyed the appearance of a Stargate in your video

What did you use in your loop to check for the collisions? Just turning collision on will not make them 'solid.'

Most people seem to end up using Sparky's Collision DLL anyway, but did you also try AUTOMATIC OBJECT COLLISION for starters?
