The default walk and head bobbing is a little Nasty using the default weapons in FPS....Granted newer models to seem to solve the problem ...

However...Some of the default ones I like so is there any way to alter the bobbing and speed so its doesn't look so silly ?

If I'm understanding you correctly you want to take a look
at your "gunspec" settings and read up on them.
Take a look at this thread. http://forumfiles.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=176810&b=23
They are modified gunspecs that may help you out.
