that is the coordinates at the end of a ramp, I need to position an object their, what do I need to ,make E equal to in order for it to work properly? (pretty sure it has something to do with limited displayable integers??)

Scientific notation. It means an exponent and it's used to simplify very large or very small numbers.

-6.79776e+006 = -6.79776 * 10^6

Sounds like your world is huge!
What's the average size of your models?

The reason I ask is because scale is a very flexible thing in 3D coding. Perhaps if you just scaled all of your objects down, and speeds accordingly, you could avoid such astronomical numbers.
