it is possible to rotate an advert? I want to set up my gamescreen like this.

Not with tier 1 and I'd be surprised if you can do it with tier 2, but it might be possible on tier 2.
If you want a different ad experience that is not paying and advertises for TGC built apps only then check out the AppGameKit Community Ad Network. It's all tier 1 and you could rotate your ads like this.
