Hello everybody,
I trying so write my own level editor for DBP. Everything works fine but I have a strange problem which I never had before.
If I load some grass into the level you can see it over the whole matrix (later it will be a terrain). But if I change the grass object to some other you cannot see it over the whole matrix. The camera range is set to 1, 100000. I attached two pictures that shows the problem. The first one works great but the second one you cannot see the grass in the red circles. But if you walks to this point than it slowly appear.

System: Win 8.1 64 / Core i5 (3,9GHz), GeForce 760 GTX 192 - Bit Dx 11 (Driver 335.23) / 8GB Ram

Could be a fog problem. There is a bug in fog with some shaders.

I suspect mipmapping is the culprit here. Try using set object filter ObjID, 0 on the problematic object(s).

Sounds like mipmapping with transparency is the problem after all.

Transparency mode 6 with mipmapping is the worst, I think. Your game looks good, how is the performance with those grass details?

With 5520 Objects in total and a small 500x500 matrix I have 60 frames . But there are no shaders yet or other extras. Even the shadows are off but if I find some time I will make a 1024x1024 terrain and some shadows.
