as the title says...

where did this come from and i really cant code in darkbasic with this in my face!

anyone else get this?


edit: ok i thought i solved the problem by getting rid of the output window....now the banner has just moved into another bad spot!

I really do not want a banner on my screen....how do i remove it without downgrading to the old ide?

Turn off your wifi when you start up dbpro I guess. That's lame though.

I had that problem once used the wrong version and key had to reinstall it to get rid of that window

It's bad enough it sits at the bottom ON TOP of the message console where errors and compiler messages are suppose to be. Just get Code Surge

yeah i got it locked down on the bottom now but damn its annoying!

takes up alot of screen space as well! Code surge i will check out...thanks!

Sounds like your DBPro installation has been fouled up somehow. I don't see that banner. Has DBPro been activated correctly? Is it installed in the correct folder? I vaguely recall having an issue like that when I installed a second copy in a different folder.

Which upgrade version are you using? I'm using U 7.7RC7.

doh! good find green gandalf! looks like i have not updated my dbpro on my windows vista pc at all. It's the original 1.054 lol!

that would explain why i dont have that issue on my other pc's
