A slightly modified portable cassette player (just remove the reading head shielding) as a tool to listen electromagnetic waves.

A small bonus: that guy discovers that his wifi router was hacked and used by a neighbour!

edit: P.S. when he was checking the lamp - those were not the regular lightbulbs but the energy-saving lightbulbs (declared as completely safe!)

We used to have a pair of infra red headphones. They were pretty good at picking up Em radiation

I would recommend not going up to transmitters or standing over power lines. You'll either become sterilized or dead.

Standing over power lines??? I don't think a 50-60Hz wave has the ability to harm you in any way. :/

Ooooh that's silly. The body can take a few million volts no problem.

Perhaps, if it's a very low current.

Just drink some electrical resistance potion, and you're good to go. Right, TheComet??? Lol.

The videos are cool, and I myself have played around with setting radios to their AM setting, and passing them next to a lamp to hear the 60Hz sound that is produced. Putting an AM radio next to a laptop power brick also yields interesting results. The sound changes when you plug or unplug the laptop.

Try putting it near a plasmaball then move your hands toward and away the plasmaball. Thats inreresting too.

Our headphones were not modified, but we did find them in hard rubbish.

My stereo can do this without being modified. That's how I know my phone is about to ring before it does.

As an electronic engineer I can confirm this is true.

Nope, it is not Russia. It is Ukraine. Moreover, the blasts you can hear at the end of the video is real war blasts.

Making quite dangerous experiments while you can catch a grenade from the sky - it is something you call "steel balls".

P.S. We don't have such term, we say "my rear o shrinks so much that it can cut the crowbar"

Swimming with such attachments must be quite hazardous too.

Most amazing thing from the video is the leaves. If you are living in the country cottage with "green umbrella" of trees, your body should receive less hazardous unseen things like microwaves.

UPDATE: making some plasma with magnetron from microwave and new tests.

Next video will be about some kind of... mutations. As they say.
